Insurance Claims

If you have a water damage, hail, fire or other damage, call Miland Home Construction immediately so that we can get a restoration crew over to minimize further damage. Call your insurance company to notify them that you have a claim. We will be happy to meet with the adjuster when they come to inspect the damage. This helps make sure that the contractor and the adjuster are on the same page and the adjuster doesn’t cut any corners putting your home back whole again. If we can meet with the homeowner and adjuster then we can deal directly with the adjusters on issues or supplements.


Miland Home Construction works as an advocate for you, the homeowner, to make sure things are repaired correctly and completely. This also takes some of the work off of you dealing with the insurance company.
